If the balance is not received 8 weeks prior to arrival of the dates provisionally booked by you it will automatically become available for re-let and the deposit will be forfeited in full.

If a week is booked 8 weeks or less until the rental commences the full rental is payable upon booking and is non refundable in the event of cancellation. You are then responsible for the balance of the rental. On receipt of your deposit the owner will confirm your booking by email or automated email if you have booked online and acknowledge receipt of your deposit with an account for the balance due 8 weeks before your date of arrival.

We would ask that you email us once your BACS transaction has been instructed by you, so that we can check for its deposit arriving safely within our account and email confirmation of this and your booking to you.
